This is pretty nice for a low income complex. There is no dishwasher in units and there are only 6 washers and 5 dryers for the 100 units in the building. The staff is AWESOME! I love my unit. True, there are the typical noises one would expect in an apartment complex and there is the occasional problem, but overall, I feel safe and secure and I'm happy here.

Noise due to construction across parking lot. Not enough HDCP parking for senior/disabled building. Only 1 maintenance person, but he does his best to meet County and building issues on top of regular maintenance and grounds keeping. Staff is GREAT!! Building is old, but recently updated.

I have lived here over a year. I love the spacious bedroom and the lovely remodeled kitchen. I have my own garden bed and I garden in it during the spring and summer months. The tenant's are very kind here and there is some fun things to do here as well. There is a kitchen to reserve for large gatherings plus a laundry and work out room. I really like living here!!!!
