Weve had a giant tear in our floor since we moved in 3 years ago. It has been covered by a rug, but were tired of needing a rig in the kitchen just to cover a tear that maintenance should fix. Lucas property management actually causeed the tear by moving in out washer/dryer years ago.. then said they would fix it. Now Meritus isn’t doing anything about it either. We put in a work order for Meritus to come look at it. The next week i looked in pur profile to see the work order status.. and it says it has been completed, as if someone came and fixed it. Well.. nobady had come, and it is still an issue. We have a 7 month old that is now crawling. This cut in the floor is sharp, and is a HAZARD/SAFTEY ISSUE. Hopefully this message is respected and followed up. Thanks.

We have lived here since July and it's been decent! The new property manager Cheyenne has been much more responsive than the previous one which is much appreciated.

I have lived here for 15 years raising my now 18 year old daughter by myself. The neighbors are friendly and really look out for each other. I rated amenities lower just because there is no pool, shared community space or covered parking but I do love having my own washer and drier. And staff are helpful but are not on sight so I just never see them.

Overall, this place is great. It is low traffic, everyone is friendly, and the new property owners are quick to address concerns. Like any place, it isn't perfect, but its home.
