Veri at Timberhill is nestled by the northern hills. It's in a pretty location, convienently close to WinCo, Petco, trails, and a few other shops.

Maintenance doesn't show up office staff doesn't answer call

Since I renewed my lease there have been errors and repeated emails that I answer and go unnoticed. I've made several requests for maintenance and they never come. The maintenance has shut off the water today and there's a huge open hole by my front door because that's where they need to access the water, and it's definitely a safety issue especially since I wasn't informed. Not having water is an inconvenience, if I was informed I could have made a few adjustments. The maintenance crew did not return floor matt after working on the water from last week. I've mentioned not to take my hose off because of the freeze cup they put on the outside every winter. It's not necessary and I caught the guy before he did it again. It is very difficult to get the hose back on. If they work on the patio I expect they leave items as they were. I called the office today, twice to find out when the water would be turned back on and the phone rings once then silence. There was no notification that the water would be turned off this afternoon(11/28/22). I just want to know when it will be back on.
