Great Location

Overall a very good location to live at if you attend OSU. Good parking and if you don't have a car you can walk to school within just a few minutes. Rooms are kept well and very clean when I moved in.

Great building, hard to reach managers

Living here has been great so far, although it hasn't been all that long. The place is OK for the value, but everything in Corvallis seems overpriced. The outside is kept pretty clean but the hallways and stairwells are a disaster. The biggest annoyance is the that management office has no hours and never answer the phone making it hard to reach someone.
