Nice clean quiet staff friendly and helpful

I first moved in to my apartment a little over two years ago. The property managers at the time were great. Then CRES took over, and things have gotten much worse. Rent was raised by the maximum amount allowed by law, while also getting rid of the flat utility rates to make residents responsible. Nothing has been improved by the new managers, and they don't pay for any of our utilities anymore, so I'm not sure why my rent went up by 14+%. I can only assume it's greed. The new managers also got rid of the maintenance request form on the website, so I have no way of submitting a request except in person, which isn't possible since their office is only open for limited hours during my work day. I once let them know that a dryer in the laundry room wasn't working. They told me to go back into the laundry room, check the serial number, and call the dryer company to request service. I would absolutely not recommend living here. The property managers have proven themselves to be unfit for their positions.

I have live here for more than a year and I like the property maintenance and atmosphere.

Overall I would recommend living here. The apartments are in a great location near OSU campus but it doesn't feel like college housing for the most part. Within walking distance of downtown as well. Ample parking. Despite there being a pool, the complex is lacking in amenities as well as the apartments themselves. Laundry room is adequate but needs to be larger and improved upon for the size of the apt complex. Maintenance is quick and easy to deal with should you need anything. Sometimes a mess is left over that you have to clean up and they don't return when they say they will. Communication is often lacking and don't expect any return emails if you have any complaints/questions regarding rules/quiet hours. Most of the time it is quiet and a nice area to live in. Rent prices continue to go up with no real improvements being made to the apartment complex. But prices are still on the reasonable side compared to a lot of other places in town and again, it is hard to beat the location.

I've lived at Parkwest for 2 years, and it's been a great spot for me as a student. Location is perfect, amenities are acceptable. The rent hasn't increased too much. My biggest qualm is that I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do.
