Property is a dump

Been in this building many times. Absolute dive. Don't believe me, take a walk around the property. Look at the supposed flower garden. Paved driveway..there is a laugh. Take out your front end turning into yard. Some units are modernized.. majority are not. The rent is out of the ball park with no amenities to speak of. The stairwell looks like a slum. Refuse to repair bay windows that have broken seals costing tenants more expense on hydro. There's so much more but you will have to move in and see for yourself. Good luck
