I've been living here for 13+ yrs. There have been building managers who were questionable in the past but now with Sara running the show? This women needs a raise. Thank you for all you do.

I've lived here for over 10 years. If you are a respectable, quiet and clean tenant you will love it here! Owners and staff are very helpful and reasonable. Don't let the area fool you, these are great little gems for tenants who take care and take pride in their living space!

I have no heat. no air conditioning. I work nights and can't get a proper sleep because of the constant noise the maintenance makes. they don't care about you health or your job. if you make a complaint they don't care instead they will act like children and make even more. they will do everything they can do drive you out instead. they will tell any lie to get you to move in and then harass you to get out, instead of trying to compromise and work things out.

This is a great place to call home. I have been in the building for about 3 years now, and I've never had an issue. I highly recommend the Khanna Group as they are great landlords.

Overall good value. Despite being downtown it's not -too- loud, as long as you keep your window closed. If it's open, then that's another story. Superintendent is great. Never had any problem with the management. Good walking distance to places like Shoppers and other downtown spots.
