Nice Apartments
I've been living here for over 12 years. My apartment is very complimentive for my lifestyle. Being a quadriplegic that needs help from my PSW's and having to use a power wheelchair to move around my apartment to answer my door as well as other living functions, I find from the owners, front office, and (Bruce the superintendent) will go out of their way to help me in my living environment. I have a 1-bedroom apartment which is quite roomy with its own entrance in the front and a back bedroom entrance. The rent is very fair and not as expensive as a lot of apartments in Oshawa. The (superintendent Bruce) does a great job keeping the property clean and manages repairs and other needs very well. He will give you the shirt off his back! The garbage containers are kept very clean with no mess around them. The lawn and gardens are very well-kept. Parking spots are well maintained from Road and Highway debris. The neighbours are very respectful of each other rarely causing any problems. When I first moved here in June 2012 there where very unruly tenants having parties late into the morning continuously drinking and fighting with each other. Over the years management has done a fantastic job weeding out all the troublemakers and bringing in new respectful tenants. To me this shows how management is very dedicated to giving tenants such as myself very beautiful apartments that you can call your home. Nothing is perfect, but the owners and management make things here at Bloor Park Village a fantastic place to live. Bloor Park Village is exactly halfway on Bloor St. E., East between Ritson Road and Wilson Avenue. There is a No-Frills, Tim Hortons, Subway very close to each other a short distance from our apartments. If you go north on Ritson Road from Bloor St., East there is a McDonald's, small take-out restaurants and a Newfie Bar called the Down Homer. They have good bar food, beer, liquor, with great Newfie entertainment. Bloor Park Village is a great place to live!

Exceptional Customer Service
Nazlene Baksh. This is my second time to visit this property. Two different units. Customer service is absolutely the BEST. Both of the staff that I met, are rare find in these days. I hope that they are well compensated by the property Management. Absolutely delighted with the services I have received so far. I hope that I'm able to get my next rental here.
Renter Friendly Place to Live!
I have a ground floor one bedroom apartment which has its own front and rear door access. I find the rent is quite reasonable. My assigned parking space is very handy for me. It is right in front of my front door. There is also a visitors handicap parking space beside my apartments parking space. I also have a back door that accesses my bedroom where I keep my electric scooter for easy access coming and leaving my apartment. I find that my apartment is very handicap friendly for me, due to having 2 doors to access my apartment. Being a Quadriplegic I find that the owners of my building are very good at allowing me to install items such as grab bars in my bathroom and shower so I do not slip and fall, and also allowing to be installed on my front and back doors of my apartment pushbutton door locks so I do not have to use keys to unlock my doors due to that I cut my fingers when using key`s. If I have any maintenance issues the buildings superintendent (Wayne) is very expedient in taking care of the maintenance repairs and issues. The buildings superintendent (Wayne) is very good at checking in on me knowing that I am a Quadriplegic, making sure that I am okay and that he's there for me if I need any help for anything. I find that living here that I have close proximity to my doctor at the Glazier Medical Center and shopping centers.
