Its good
live year for 15 Months and the place is very ok. Good location and all appliances working perfectly
Best to worse
Been here for some time now and it was fantastic when I was here paid how ever you wanted online (credit) in office (debit) or future cheque's matnaice was often only when needed and when asked for a room cheque's or to fix something was there quickly now have to pay through a website which has an extra fee which is stupid charging us to pay you guys through your own site and matnaice feels like it's every week or two and they don't fix any damages plus since covid I've asked a fee times for a buzzer and still nothing said only needed my number done nothing with that then changed the door to a fob so key doesn't even work up front

Good place to stay. Everything is well maintained, only thing is replace the rugs at the hallway
Newly-renovated but with leaking pipes
We had flooded floors during the first two weeks we moved in because of a leak from the pipes. You could also easily hear the water activity of the pipes when next-door neighbors use their bathroom. You can hear unintelligible noise from your neighbors. Good thing, building staff and maintenance personnel were dependable and friendly. Management staff are not so accessible either in-person or through the hotline when reporting about unit defects. Heaters are not that warm too.
