Disappointed

When i move to this building i was told the amenoties as the second tower would Be ready on May 2025. We are approwchimg the end of the year and the constructions is still ongoing. I face the new rower and its noisy. Also, the light feom that buiding all noght is absurd I stucked in the elevator 3 times during the three months after i moved, missed meetings and doctor’s appointments I am paying for having all amenities on the third floor bit they are not available yet. It has been a year and nobody says anything The location would be perfect if wasnt for the homeless

We were initially told amenities were going to be available or finished by October but it appears that the date keeps being pushed back. Also, underground parking is very tight around the corners and doesn’t feel as safe when there are two or more cars coming and or out at the same time as there isn’t enough space.

It's just ok

I have been living here almost a year and there are no amenities available yet. We pay a very high price for rent and it just got increased and there is nothing to offer. the parking spot are very small. There is little to no closet space. I do love my kitchen space but other than that it has been a little disappointing. I have started to look for other place to move.
