Has sauna but no pool, basic gym, bit far from grocery store

Has sauna which is great but has no pool. The gym is very basic but it gets the job done. Nearby grocery stores are a bit far on bus (20-30 mins) but are close if you can drive.

Beautiful apartment, terrible amenities

The apartment itself is elegantly designed. However, the amenities provided are somewhat restricted. The fitness center, though compact, is serviceable, but one of the highlights is the excellently-maintained sauna. The quality of the appliances leaves room for improvement, particularly the washer/dryer which is not very efficient. Additionally, there have been instances of frequent malfunctions with appliances such as the freezer and dishwasher. A point of concern is the pet relief area, which tends to emit an unpleasant odor and appears to lack regular maintenance, compromising its cleanliness. On a positive note, the staff members are commendable for their dedication and promptness in addressing concerns.
