Issues with water damage, condensation and ongoing problems related to that have been constant since we moved here.

We were one of the early tenants. In the 1st year, lots of issues as things were still going on and incomplete. It has been better with occasional noice issues. Joys of layered living. Hate the washer/dryer combo to be honest. Complicated and takes too long. Lately most repairs have been managed in a reasonable amount of time. Upkeep and cleaning in winter is suspect. When we moved in we thought it was for professionals and retirees but now a lot of families (increased noise etc) We use gym frequently and cleaning is not timely and supplies often not stocked in timely fashion. LIke the location and we strive to keep our unit clean and tidy. Others maybe not so much. Garbage room - people don;t use ;properly and put stuff down chute that they shouldnt. Benjamin and Alexandra good to deal with but they can barely keep up. A bit pricey with continuous annual increases. For people here as long as us and good clean tenants, maybe you could ease up on the increases. Its now 45% of our income on rent and w NEVER miss or late on payment. Thanks.

Visitor parking should be free, when it comes to amenities there are no party/rooms or visitor rooms. No gym in the building either.

Here since shortly after opening. Improvements being made but some took awhile. Not a fan of continual rent increases. Noise can travel from upper and neighbouring units but generally tolerable. Not a fan of a/c being turned on late and shut off early and no control over that. We have earlier springs and later summers that require a/c access longer, especially on west facing units. Have had regular issues with heating and a/c ever since moving in and it seems its mostly our unit, to my knowledge (not the building as a whole) as well as breakers tripping under little load. Electric panel may need upgrading. Washer/Dryer combo not ideal but we have figured out best practices over time. Prefer standard stackable washer/dryer. Most requests handled in timely fashion. Ocassional issues with timely cleaning in common areas during winter months (salt, sand & slush) Were told when applying that the complex was mainly a quiet "seniors and professionals" however, we have seen numerous students and young families moving in. They are noisier and less likely to maintain the unit and disrespect common areas. Overall - we like where we live (ie, the unit, location, layout design etc) BUT, as seniors on fixed incomes, we may not be able to tolerate persistent rent increases.

The apartment is clean and in a good condition. Maintenance response is efficient. The neighborhood is great, except that there are not a lot of options for restaurants/markets at a walking distance, but not a big issue. I have 2 comments: - the air conditioner control is for the whole apartment, which makes it slightly inconvenient if people with different preference for room temperature are living together. Inside the apartment it is really cold. - The response of the staff is sometimes delayed. The leasing process was excellent, then after paying.. they do not respond well! I had an issue that is supposed to be fixed quickly, but I had to sent many emails and struggle with the staff to get it solved. It gives a bad impression that customer service drops shaply after signing the lease
