Hello, please install few charging stations for electric cars as many peaople including me have electric cars and its very difficult specially in winter times no to have any charging stationsnear by.

Hello, I am writing to request an immediate review of the parking fine, as the payment deadline is approaching and I have not received any response to my previous email. I parked my car in front of the building with authorization from the Indigo app and still received a fine. I had already explained by email that there is no signage indicating that parking is not allowed in that location, yet no feedback has been provided so far. I believe there should be more consideration when applying penalties. A more reasonable approach could be installing a clear sign indicating the parking restriction, or issuing a warning to the resident first, instead of directly applying a fine. This situation is honestly very frustrating, and I strongly believe that more balance and judgment should be used in these situations. I look forward to your urgent response. Thank you.
