Living here is almost perfect: quiet, bus accessible, affordable, just walking distance to/from work, near groceries and different stores and mall, staff are helpful, and approachable. Thanks so much to Brenda, the staff, and Patry Inc.!

The building is pretty nice and the staff really knowledgeable. They are problem solvers, specially maintanace,cleaning, and customer service depto.. The only issue to me is the laundry room. -No enough washer and dryer for everyone. Plus the tennats are not altruist with others and let the laundry tll the day after however that is not buildi g responsability. Thanks formyout hard work.

We dont have amenities. Weve been paying for amenities we never get to use.
