Great location tto amenities, staff is always friendly and helpful and respectful. I dont know all the tenants living at Riverstone but everyone I have met is friendly.

This is my first experience living in an apartment. I have been here for 4.5 years I would suggest putting up a hand rail on the SOUTH steps, i know you are abiding by regulations, Less than 24 inches don't require a railing but do your due diligence, I'm not the only old person in the building. The doors entering the building need to be more user friendly,

Due to wood construction vs. concrete, the apartment is extremely noisy from upstairs (small child stomping around and back & forth, and often adult coughing up a lung at 4:00-4:30 am) plus barking dog across the hall whenever someone walks past their door. Numerous repairs on appliances (stove mainly with a missing oven element, and stove controls inoperative) and plumbing (no hot water for kitchen sink, blocked toilet). Walls were never painted due to COVID prior to move in early 2020 and now it's 2024; so still shows animal scratches and mismatched paint repairs. On the plus side, apartment is very large, especially the kitchen, and the wood finish looks nice. Now that the mall next door is being demolished, won't have grocery and drug store in walking distance.
