Great Management, Staff and Maintenance

Long overdue kudos for the excellent management and staff at Remington for reacting timely to maintenance issues and concerns. Upgraded cabinets and kitchen lighting make my place look brand new. Recent maintenance requests for my garbage disposal and icemaker not working, and the pool grill being dirty were both handled quickly. The maintenance and bug exterminator staff are always friendly and courteous. Tammie, Summer, Angie and staff are always so helpful and try their best to take care of high maintenance people like me!

Best Maintenance!

Nathan is the absolute best! He receives the work order, comes in my apartment, gets whatever it is fixed/resolved and goes on to the next job. Always nice, professional, timely, etc. Whatever they are paying him, it's not enough. Finding good workers who care is hard these days and Nathan always knocks it out of the park!
