Alright place

Thin walls and flooring. Youll be able to hear your neighbors. Bathrooms do not have air vents, which creates a mold problem if door or window isnt opened after showers. The washer/dryer combo isnt great. Small parking lot, which anyone can park in.

Great spot!

Love the space. Love the buliding. Not sure if the walls or space between floors is thin or if my neigbor above is just loud. Not worried about it. But i can hear everything. Sounds like shes putting on stilettos and stomping around at all times. I also hear her moments of intimacy. As well as her dog run around. No complaints, just observations. ParkLane is and has been a delight.
