A lovely view of the highway especially when it rains. my neighbors are quit and respectful. The maintenance crew does everything as needed. The laundry on site is great had ac in the laundry room as a plus. The landlord and everyone around has great communication.

Studio apartments is cute. Upstairs neighbor is not mindful that there are an upstairs neighbor. Had some issues getting maintenance to come out took them three and a half weeks to even reply to me when I submitted maintenance request management is helpful. Love that it's all bills paid. I hate that the building is right next to obvious drug users and people who throw their trash everywhere

Love the old building. Landlord has been amazing and very welcoming. The apartment is clean and quiet. All the neighbors have been very nice and seem to keep a look out for each other. Overall moving here has been an extremely pleasant experience.
