Maintenance

Upon submitting a request yesterday around noon and not hearing anything back, I was woken up this morning by maintenance before the office is even open. This also affected my job by making me late this morning, as there was no warning that they would be arriving first thing this morning. The worker himself was very polite but I do believe that if the front office workers aren't even in for the day then residents shouldn't be dealing with maintenance requests before office hours. Thank you.

I understand that y'all have been looking for the water leak in building 7 since last fall. The amount of poor communication and planning that has been associated to the construction and search efforts is ABYSMAL. Constantly coming home to a sewage mess in the parking lot, roped off access to my apartment, or as today's development, a water shutoff that lasts more than a day, is inexcusable. I appreciate the semi-sensible texts and emails at odd times of day, but when all they say is "we apologize for the inconvenience", that doesn't solve us dinner or showers. What's going to be the recourse when we get to tomorrow and the water isn't turned all until sometime in the PM?
