Apartment living

I live in a bottom unit and a little girl lives above and the only noise is when at night she is running about and it doesn’t last long so I would say the apartment complex is really quiet. I don’t hear road or other city noise. Location is so convenient to everything that you could want. With easy access to everything I want and need. Maintenance is fast and takes care of anything you need same day. Most of all I feel safe here I have a reserved parking spot for my car and it is close to my door. The only draw back is when i have visitors parking is difficult unless they park on the street due to few extra parking spots. Other than that I love living here.

What a wonderful place to live!

I give The Barrington high marks for their care over this property. The management is professional and courteous. They have a quick response to any problems that could arise. The rent is competitive with todays market and does not break the bank. I would highly recommend living here.

Good accommodation experience

Good and fast service. Good neighbors. Clean yard. There are many parking spaces, there is always a place even at night. Garbage is removed daily. I've been living here for 4 years.

Long term resident is really happy

I have lived here since 2011 and have been very pleased or I wouldn't have stayed. Management is terrific, the area is convenient to schools and shopping and neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is always quick to fix problems and the outside area is neat and clean. I wouldn't live elsewhere.
