Don't Be Fooled
These apartments are nothing like you think when you are given a tour. Cheapest carpet, everything is old, and run down, AC, pipes, ceilings, etc. They just put a band aid on stuff instead of actually fixing it! Also, the water bill for a one bedroom, two people will run from $60 to almost $80!! They take in everyone's water usage, including the complexes, then divide it according to number of people in the apt. You will pay even if you are not there using it. Also, they do not manage the noise level, at all. Doesn't matter what's going on, they just don't care about the residents, they just want the Apts full. If you can afford better, please run from this place, and just all of Case & Associates' residential properties!
