The Only Downtown Property To Live In

Awesome ownership and management. Immediate response to maintenance request (if you even have one). Great property in the quiet part of downtown, but still within walking distance of great dining or an evening out. You do not hear your neighbors in this building. It does not have paper-thin walls or floors. You don't have to worry about disturbing your neighbors, and they don't have to worry about disturbing you. This historic building was built in 1921. Old building charm with modern apartments. The glassed-in elevators, marble tiled lobby, and ten floor open-air atrium delivers a very classy appearance that you'll be proud to show your friends and family. The lower level offers a well equipped fitness center, great open air entertaining area for guest parties and get togethers, and a well appointed meal prep and dining area for residents and their guests. The 111 is safe with secured entries and a very responsive security team who actively patrols the area around the building and monitors a CCTV security system. All in all, my wife and I love it at The 111 Flats!

Excellent lodging

I love the staff and the quality of the finishes in my apartment unit. Additionally, the walls are thick and it makes a difference with noise pollution from other tenants.

Great Apartment Management/Owners

We love living downtown ?? There are quite a few restaurants and bars within walking distance, or a nice bike ride. ?? We have been here approximately 1 & 1/2 years. The studio was pretty spacious with a ton of cabinet space. The 1 bed we have now is great too. The Maintenance crew is quick on getting requests/work orders completed. Most times within the same day, sometimes within an hour or two!! ??
