Our landlord is excellent. The facility is always clean. It isn’t a great location. Parking is close by.

Landlords who care make a bif difference. A family own property that takes care of thier tenants like family. NOT to mention it is in the heart of downtown, right next to thr historic Mayo hotel. It is an art deco building that is beautifully fascinating to live in brcause of its very sophisticated modern blend of the past and the present.

I love living here! My apartment is super cute and the team is super kind and accommodating! The building is VERY clean. They have people come and clean the public areas once a week (including the elevators!) another thing I love is how thick the walls and floors are. I never hear my neighbors! The accommodations are excellent. The gym is great! If I could make a suggestion for the gym and kitchenette I would say. It would be nice to have some snacks and drinks in the fridge. Additionally (just a wish and not a requirement!) I would love a four stack multi-gym added for additional training options. My only complaint is that there is no dedicated parking. It's free after 5pm and on weekends but if you have to stay home from work or work from home you will have to pay. That being said, you can usually find street parking close by if there's no event happening at the mayo. Overall, this building, team and property are AMAZING!

We have lived here approximately 2 years. The maintenance team fix issues in a timely manner and the leasing staff are friendly and helpful. I love the gym in the building, nice on inclement weather days. They have Security on the premises, when you need them. The location is great, it's close to great eateries and bars/pubs!! We love living here, will be signing a new lease!

Awesome ownership and management. Immediate response to maintenance request (if you even have one). Great property in the quiet part of downtown, but still within walking distance of great dining or an evening out. You do not hear your neighbors in this building. It does not have paper-thin walls or floors. You don't have to worry about disturbing your neighbors, and they don't have to worry about disturbing you. This historic building was built in 1921. Old building charm with modern apartments. The glassed-in elevators, marble tiled lobby, and ten floor open-air atrium delivers a very classy appearance that you'll be proud to show your friends and family. The lower level offers a well equipped fitness center, great open air entertaining area for guest parties and get togethers, and a well appointed meal prep and dining area for residents and their guests. The 111 is safe with secured entries and a very responsive security team who actively patrols the area around the building and monitors a CCTV security system. All in all, my wife and I love it at The 111 Flats!
