Perfect for me

This is the perfect place for one. It’s in a great location—walking distance to restaurants, bars, great coffee shops, and, for me, work. During a good portion of the year, we have the farmers market just a block away. The property manager and team are incredibly friendly and always quick to respond.

Great location, thin windows and walls

Great apartment, nice appliances. Grateful for free laundry, but machines don't get a lot of upkeep and not enough machines for whole building. Thin windows, can hear everything from the ally outside and can smell smoke at times as well. There are frustrations, but overall a positive experience.

Very Noisy at nights

Good Value, very friendly staff but get ready to sleep with earplugs thanks to the garbage truck at night and the drunk people on the street.
