Overall, it is a good place to live and it's very close to campus.

The apartment is in great condition when we arrived except for a few minor issues. Staff was very helpful, maintenance was very fast and quick. So far it is great living here.

great bang for ya buck. perfect for college students

The apartment is great, but it is electricity powered only. So, during winter electric heater makes our bills expensive. Lastly, the community laundry is expensive, driers not dry so well and always there is one machine not working.

It does not feel safe and I get dismissed when I ask questions by staff.

A great location managed by great people! The problems that I have had at this location is small parking spots and loud dogs and neighbors.
