Been here for over 6 years now. I've seen improvements in ground keeping, use to be dog poop everywhere. Management has gotten a lil faster at responding to request(still slow). People speeding around our extremely small and tight parking lot hasn't improved at all, i suggest longer speed bumps that cant be driven around to keep drivers on their side of the road (extend corner speed bumps). I still suggest that there are added speed bumps, especially entering into the property, because no one stops at the stop signs(almost been hit numerous times).Outsiders (non residents dumping trash hasn't improved at all, people still dump their trash in our trashcan that we pay for. Walls and floors are very thin my neighbor above me is extremely loud and stomps around all day long, i avoid saying anything to them because I'm not good at conflict resolution. Still hoping for a small community gym, given prices are probably gonna go up again. Things have gotten better, i don't expect them to be perfect, but these are the things i would like to see implemented.

My sis and I moved into Apple Creek about a month ago, and we’ve had such a great experience so far. Brianna was amazig -- she made everything super easy for us, from applying to getting into our unit. She was so kind and accommodating, which really helped during a stressful time. We’re in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit and we absolutely love it. The layout is perfect for the two of us, and everything was spotless when we moved in. Appliances work great, and maintenance has been really fast with online requests. Our unit is tucked away from the traffic, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood feels safe and calm, which we really appreciate. For the price, it’s a great value and we couldn’t be happier. Living here has been such a positive experience. We’re so glad we chose Apple Creek!

The price for square foot is great. The buildings and appliances are a little old and tend to break relatively often. The location is right behind an Aldi which is great.
