Worst Apartment Experience EVER
When we moved in I requested that the front door be fixed or replace as it looked like it had been kicked in, large gap letting tons of air in - electric bill was ridiculously high for the first 6 months or so. They did come replace the door but left the interior door frame off for a few month before we had to demand it be fixed but they never came to paint it or make it look finished on the inside or the outside. Raw/untreated exposed wood is still showing 12mths after move in date. The pool was green most of the summer last year and we were only able to get in it a few time, so far this year it is still green and doesn't look like it is even being worked on. The trash cans are always overflowing and when they get emptied if trash is sitting around it, it is left for the wind to blow all over the complex and even had trash at our door all the time. Very poorly managed/maintained property and I would not recommend that anyone move to this place. We broke our lease early and are taking a hit on credit just to be able to get out of there.

Worst Apartment Experience I've had in a very long time
I moved in here in June 2023, had to fight to get a damaged door replaced. It was half done and it's now the middle of January and it is STILL not fixed. My electric bill is again going to be ridiculously high with this below average temps. You can feel the ice-cold air in my entire apartment. The windows are not sealed, and you can hear the wind howling through them. The pool was dirty ALL summer and cleaned out once winter hit. I can put in request after request and things still do not get done.

everything is so good, the only problem is the parking lot at night.. every night when I come from work is so hard to find a parking spot.. they need to work on removing cars that are not belong to the renters asap!! but everything else is really good, i really recommend live here????
