Wonderful apartment

I love The Greens at Coffee Creek, more importantly, the location. While I wish it were a little cheaper, I have lived in various apartments since retirement and understand markets and all. Very friendly neighborhood.

Great location!

I have never lived in an apartment I enjoyed so much! It's in a great quiet location and we will probably be renewing our lease for another year. The noise from the neighbors can be a bit much sometimes but I suspect they have kids so jumping around can be expected. The maintenance team has always been quick to get anything we need done.

The Greens at Coffee Creek is an excellent place to live. Maintenance and office staff are the best of any apartment complex I have lived. Price is really good for location.
