I love it here
I love my new home… The office staff is amazing had a few minor issues upon move in I went to the office alto let the know the issues I was unhappy with and they immediately got on it they called all maintenance on staff to my office to fix and address all issues. It was done in a timely professional manner. Kayleigh (I hope I spelled it right) and Madison is the sweetest and down to earth women I know. They made my move in comfortable and stress free. They complex is very quiet especially at night time and location is perfect i don’t have to go to far for food gas and etc. and the parking is not as bad as some of the reviews on google say. Place is ok to live some residents let their kids do whstever and cause commotion but orher then thsr dont really have any other problems .

My apartment was in a very bad state when I moved in on July 21 st , 2023. I told management about it and they were dragging their feet . However , long story short, Mr Chris Ginn ( regional service tech ) came to my rescue from a different location . He fixed almost all of the repairs that needed to be taken care of . It’s not going to be perfect but he took the initiative to take matters into his hands . He took care of my request on the spot . If it wasn’t for CHRIS , Weidner apartment homes would have gotten a really bad review . Even though , the management were not taking my request seriously , Mr Chris saved the day . He needs to be in charge of the whole property . He is the MAN !!! Thank you, Chris, from me and my family . You went above and beyond to serve your tenants . Thank you!
