Clean and Quiet
Love living here, its nice and quiet and neighbors never really bother you. Only bad thing is the price hike on rent, there's no way this place is worth living in for nearly $1000 a month, not for the space given. Otherwise, perfect.

Don't ask if you don't want to know
A good place to live temporarily, maintenence is great. Needs more doggie cleanup stations and more tables for gathering and getting to know your neighbors. Also the water pressure is too low and the road noise from the highway is pretty loud. Rent was doable until they raised the rent $200 per month
