Silver Springs Apartments

I have been dealing with a broken dryer for the last year and a half. I have put multiple request in to get it fixed and nobody’s even come by to look at it. I’ve just had another appliance break and so far I have not heard anything on That request either. Starting to grow curious on whether or not it’s because I’m one of the only non-renovated apartments left.

I haven't had A/C sense April of this year, it took 3 weeks of trying to get the staff to even look at the issue. then they replaced the indoor and outdoor units. it worked for 2 days then stopped working. I put in another maintenance request and they still haven't fixed it. I went out and bought my own portable A/C unit so my apartment is at least habitable as without it, my unit gets to temperature of at least 90 degrees.

After moving here a month ago, we have since been lied to at least 3 times. The leasing office never answers their phone, has 4 different phone numbers listed, and theres a good chance even in the middle of the day that no one is actually in the office. The renovated units are nice; however, if you do ever need maintenance or literally anything, no one is here for you. They currently have a temporary maintenance staff and are unable to communicate among their small staff, so we have been told several different things about a very urgent issue that has yet to be resolved.

I been living here almost 5 years and never had any type of problem. I will recommend any of my friends and family to a place of resident here at silver springs apt. Close to stores convient enough for walks to the store and anything else if nessasary for involvment of activities. The office people are plesantly faithful to their jobs alone with the maintainace activities that require their own jobs title alone with their place and thoughts of being behind on their work load because everyone that lives in and appreciation of things thats are so involved with the community of a life expectancy of a lovable statisfying of pleasants saints of kindness of hopeful of life expectation.
