Great for the First Year
When you first get into the Greens, youll be wowed. It’s a really good location, INCREDIBLE maintenance staff, and the apartments are good. After the first lease ends, the rates SKYROCKET if you want to renew. They'll keep raising them every time because they know you don’t want to move. The Greens are a great place for ONE leasing cycle. Understand that before you move in.
