Rules & Regulations

The manager of this property does not enforce the rules and regulations that all tenants are required to follow. Homes and Townhouses have playground-type equipment in their yards, front and back, and not on the paved patio. There are many non-functioning vehicles, cars and trucks, parked in yards beside their respective homes and there are also used tires and other vehicle parts laying to the side of homes. Dogs are not always leashed and some are let loose to run about. The lease states there are not to be any gardens of any type in any yard, however, this is not the actual case. This neighborhood has become an eyesore to this long-time resident.
