This apartment complex is kept clean and the property is well maintained. It is in a safe neighboorhood. The apartments are dated - they look like they did when my friends lived here 15 years ago. The rent goes up yearly.

All adult applicants over the age of 18 must submit a fully completed, dated and signed rental application and a $50 application fee. A $250 norefundable admin fee will be charged at the time of move-in.
