Its a quiet community with access to groceries and other essentials. The amenities are never working correctly but its definitely livable for the price!

I have lived at Walter Sellars for over 14 years and for the most part it has been a good place to live. I love the people who live here as well as the manager Paula Kingery. The maintenance man is curtious and knowledgable. I hope to continue to live here for many more years.
