A maximum of two pets (cats & dogs only) are permitted on the premises, subject to the following weight limits for dogs: no weight limit on first floor and 35-pound weight limit per dog on all other floors. The execution of a Pet Addendum, payment of a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $30 monthly pet rent per pet are required. Any pet must be licensed in accordance with any applicable state or local laws or regulations. All pets must be spayed or neutered. A statement from a veterinarian must be provided. The pet(s) must have current inoculations and applicant/resident shall submit records of inoculation upon request. Our pet- friendly apartment communities welcome most breeds of dogs; however, it is within Landlord’s sole discretion whether to limit the size and breed of dogs allowed at Landlord’s communities. The following breeds of dogs and dogs that have any of the breed lineages are not permitted as pets: Akita, American Bulldog, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull (including but not limited to Staffordshire Bull Terrier and American Staffordshire Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf hybrid. The above list is not exhaustive. Landlord reserves the right to modify this list as it deems necessary. Breed type of a mixed breed dog is at times difficult to identify; therefore, it is within Landlord’s sole discretion as to whether a dog is a member of a restricted breed. Property aesthetics, the maintenance to the common areas are not done with care. Streaky, cloudy glass doors, old ashy rugs, the carpet on the steps and in the hallway leading to the laundry area where the dryer has been broken for FOUR MONTHS are gross. It's disappointing that the rent continues to increase and the property is not up to par.

There is a couple who lives in the apartment next door and they fight constantly. Chasing each other around the property. Police have been called over and over and this weekend they broke out the front door. Last week, my 9 year old son was practicing soccer in the side yard and they came running out of the building in their underwear and robe and the male was chasing the female with a fork and they were screaming and yelling. Scared my son and now his afraid to play outside.

Nice location, parking is limited, need a place for children to play, need updates in units, need a second garbage dumpster.

Its a great area but the rent is extremely high. Other places are in great areas cheaper with closed parking, pools, workout rooms and rec centers for the children. It’s alot of kids and really nothing for them to do safe on the property.

Poor parkmg needs handicap spaces. Also needs trash to be picked up blows from container all over grounds.

The apartment itself is quite good. However, the Washing/drying machines are very expensive and perform terribly. Usually, clothes are not washed properly, and to dry you need to run the machine 3 times which takes a lot of time and costs 6$ in total. It requires to have a bigger garbage container or even two of them. Usually, it's full, and the smell is all around. Some residents are not putting their garbage inside the container, and the wind throws it all around the parking. All the rest is quite good, staff is friendly.
