I've been here for a while. Staff is superb, very helpful. In my apartment, both bathrooms need sink repair or replacement. Hallway doors need attention. Complete redo of hallways please. Can there be a place in the building for residents to gather and meet? For a sense of community. And the outside, new landscape around the building and something for the young people and kids. To me I think that would make me say it's worth it. The water situation is not good, I don't drink it and hesitate to shower. This is a big deal for me. I would like to see the testing of the water.

Terrible quality

It’s really mind blowing that you guys keep increasing rent and don’t make any improvements. I have parts of my floor that sink in, I didn’t have heat for a good part of the winter. I have pictures of the thermostat at 40°. My patio window doesn’t stay closed or lock shut so when you guys do whatever you do in the winter with the heat and the place is too hot - I can’t just leave my windows open like you guys always suggest. There was also a maintenance guy in my apartment that broke a lamp my mother purchased for me and then Steve said he would get it replaced. He had me send him a receipt of the lamp and then only offered to give me $50 for a lamp I can’t replace from my mom. This apartment has a decent location but the price and quality suck.

First time living on my own.

Very spacious and lots of creature comforts like a dishwasher. The neighbors upstairs are constantly walking in shoes on hard floors and exercising in the morning. Pretty frustrating but them the bricks.
