This is an OK place to live with the building is all the carpets are old. The appliances are old, but the neighborhood is safe and there is always parking.

Partridge Run Apartments use to be the best kept secret in town, Clean, friendly and they kept the laundry rooms clean, and we had a water fountain in the pond outside my door. We all did love the water fountain. The pool use to be fun and inviting. The landscaping was well kept up. I have been here 30 years, because it is convenient & location for me. Now after multiple NEW owners this place, It just keeps getting more expensive by ADDING reasons to bill you for multiple new items. The laundry rooms are not clean, even I will go in and mop & sweep when I can't stand it any longer). I do have to thank you for the NEW washers and dryers. The pond is not so great anymore. That being said, it is hard for me to think about staying here much longer, I am paying more than double the price for less then when I arrived here. I love dealing with Robbie and Andrew whenever I call the office. However the new girl Vickie just rubs me the wrong way, she is short with me and talks real fast and loud as to show me she wants to get me OFF the phone. So rude. Whenever I call the office, I will ask for Andrew or Robbie only. I feel at the rate the charges are going up (for a one bedroom mind you) with this new owner, it would be cheaper to buy a small home or small condo, and that makes me sad-- oh well that life.

I have lived here a long time. Some okthings are getting out dated. Maintenance guys are nice, but over worked to try and keep up. I like the location the best. Office staff are great also.
