Great location

They are always right on it when I request something. The grounds however could use new stones on the sidewalk boarder. The trash cans need a gate to hide the trash.

I like the apartments but management could be better

Parking lot and sidewalks are a sheet of ice in the winter. No one in management on site so if any issues arrive on property, it takes months to fix. For example, a stair was broken, it took them at least 3 or 4 months to just nail it back in place, as well as an AC unit was left in the walkway for 7 months just sitting there being in the way. Laundry facilities are always a gross mess because no one cleans up after themselves and management never cleans in there. The railing project they had done took several months to properly secure railing in place, they were connected with zip ties. The parking lots got repaved, the parking lot for building 5 got a spray coating and trust me that did not fix any of the potholes or sections where the cement was crumbling into pieces everytime you pull into the parking lot. People do not clean up after their dogs. The rent is high, the only reason it may be worth paying is the location, couldn't get any better, but nothing else tells me the prices should be so high. And enjoy the chemical, unnatural blue color when they treat the pond.
