I enjoy the space the sign on rent price was amazing. The neighbors keep to themselves and aside from things walls it's a quit place to live and close to necessities.

Great place

I have lived here for the past four years. I love the usable basement with washer and dryer. Rent is very reasonable and the apartment is close to retail stores, grocery stores and work. I did have a couple of minor issues but the staff took care of them right away. Management does a good job maintaining the property.

Nice place to live

I've lived here for just over a year and I have been very pleased with everything. The in unit laundry is ideal, a little balcony and basement make it feel like a home. I did have issues with appliances but they were always handled fast, impressively so actually. The neighbors are quiet and respectful of the proximity.

Maintenance is terrible. Often times, multiple visits required to only make the problem worse. Never had hot water. Maintenance man didn’t want to admit he entered the property when did not give permission to enter. Gym is filthy. Dog park gave my dog worms 4 times. Salt gave dog chemical burns. Told to buy booties for my dog. Overall, I regret living here. Would highly recommend anyone to stay away.
