Application Criteria includes the following: Identity and Age Verification: Applicants must be at least 18 (or 19 in select states) years of age or older. Income Verification: You must have a verifiable income source Rental History: Up to 24 months may be verified on present and previous residence.
Criminal Background: A criminal background check will be run on all applicants Earnest Money: A non-refundable application fee is required in order to process an application.
An earnest money holding fee must also be paid to hold an apartment off the market.

Problem with online payment option.

I wrote a review before this one. I just wanted to add that we are being penalized for an error made by your accounting department. No matter how many times Keisha has contacted the Vice President, and explained the problem, nothing has been done to address this situation. On your Vice President, we give her a -1000%. To bad, if the situation was remedied, you would help 2 Veterans who served during the Vietnam war. Both Veterans are disabled, and one of us is battling cancer and the other is a 24/7 365 carer. The only time we leave the apartment is for doctors and medical visits. I hope this message reaches someone who has the authority to solve this problem. Thank you.

Happy to live here.

My husband and I have been living here close to 5 years. We enjoy all the amenities The Red Coach Village offers. Maintenance has been outstanding, we had trouble with a water leak and that was taken care of within an hour of our telephone call to maintenance. We had a few problems, the heater needed to be checked out, done. We needed a new stove, done. We are also very happy with the office staff, Keisha is a gem. She is very approachable and alway very professional.
