Does not live up to company advertising.

Today, I woke up to low/no water pressure- there was no notice that the water service would be disrupted. We've not had dog poo bags for well over a month even though I submitted a work request a d the work request was "completed". We do not have a working washing machine- third time within two months because a newer family over loads the machines, burns out the motors and noone calls the vendor- even though staff lives on site. A few weeks ago we received notice that out utility fees are being increased at the first of the year- although lights are left on for months at a time in vacant units. Also, we just had the worst cold snap in 40 plus years, yet windows halfway are open in vacant units. Oh, did I mention that site lives on-site? Getting maintenance cometed inside your apt is next to impossible because staff will not coordinate to complete work when you are home. I ask for notice when the repairs are scheduled to be made so that I can take a PTO day from work and the office/staff refuse to cooperate. A water department notice was left on the building about five weeks ago stating that the building water was scheduled to be disconnected for nonpayment. I sent a picture of the notice to the office via email. I was told they would look into it and I've heard nothing since. Yet now I wake up to no water.
