Living here for 6 years and it has been reasonably maintained. The apartment is pretty typical for an older building, but some upgrades were made such as newer windows and garage lighting. With central air, a quiet building, indoor parking as well as good location, it is a good value and nice place to live.

Lovely apartment close to van aken. Elevator and central air. Walk next door to Thonton Park with outdoor pool.
