Review: north park

The locaation is great and the staff is really nice. The only feedback is that the building needs updated! This building is so out of date. The garage door is broke every other week, literally hanging off the track. The main door and side door by the garage don’t even close all the way. I’ve complained about my air conditioning and fridge for years and hasn’t been replaced. If our rent is going up yearly but no renovations/updates are being done to the building then what is our money going towards? The garage door desperately needs replaced and the main doors are not secure and needs replaced.

All the perks are gone....

The building is very quiet, which I love! The garage used to be heated, the hallway carpets were steam cleaned & deodorized regularly, the laundry room & machines were always clean and fresh, there were 2 or 3 items to chose from when renewing your lease (carpet cleaning, paint 1-room, etc..., none of this is done anymore. But the rent goes up annually. They do clean the hallways & laundry room but much less and the carpets are only cleaned annually.

Careless Maintenance Staff

The walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbors talking and taking showers. Also the maintenance people are very careless. When they let people in your place such as the exterminators or AT&T they don't always lock your place back. When you contact the office and let them know they act like they care and say that they will get back with you but never do. Also hold on to everything because their book keeping is very bad.
