It close to everything, with plenty commute options and affordable. Maintenance is not the best though

Great location, great apartment size, the only thing this building needs is to be renovated. Old plumbing and heat systems needs an upgrade.

The pricing is great with utilities include and underground parking. Choice of accent walls, my apartment was updated. Cons would be slow response from maintenance and hallway upkeep, other then that I have had a pleasant experience.
