Our apartments are for seniors 55 years of age or older. Spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments are 800 sq. ft. Units consist of plank flooring, carpet in bedrooms, washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator. Water and trash are also included. The property is in a nice neighborhood, conveniently located near Town & Country, The Fraze Pavilion, Trent Arena, Downtown Dayton, The Greene, and many other attractions. An application fee and security deposit are required. The application fee is $40 per single adult or married couple. Every applicant is subjected to a credit and criminal background (Criminal History Must Meet Property Requirements). Pets are welcome with a $250 per pet fee and a $35 monthly fee per pet, with a maximum weight of 55 pounds. We appreciate your interest and look forward to assisting you.
