Nice place
We have lived here for about six years now. Super friendly and helpful staff! The apartments and the townhouses are recently remodeled and clean! The location is close to the highway, shopping, food and local parks!
Great Place!
I have lived here close to 20 years and my children & grandson have grown up here. I stayed because of the friendly office staff and its convenient location. I know a lot of my neighbors and has always been a safe quiet area. New management has really improved the buildings & grounds inside & out. They continue to upgrade & improve. Any time I have a problem Melissa in the office makes sure things get done. Melissa is an awesome office manager & will go out of her way to help you with whatever your problem is.
Tucked away, quiet and cozy.
I have lived at SoDel before it was even that and I can't say I'd find somewhere else in Dayton like it, tucked away off of Wilmington Pike, and close enough to just about everything the greater Dayton area in 15 mins it almost blows me away how quiet and friendly it is. Highly recommend at least checking it out because the staff here is stellar!
