Our apartments are for seniors 55 years of age or older. Spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments are 800 sq. ft. Units consist of plank flooring, carpet in bedrooms, washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator. Water and trash are also included. Pet friendly. The property is in a nice neighborhood, conveniently located near Town & Country, The Fraze Pavilion, Trent Arena, Downtown Dayton, The Greene, and many other attractions.An application fee and security deposit are required. The application fee is $40 per single adult or married couple. Every applicant is subjected to a credit and criminal background (Criminal History Must Meet Property Requirements).
