Decreasing reasons to stay here for a long period of time. Rent is decent, but the place itself isnt the greatest.

Used to have an indoor gym, a working pool, wifi included, decent laundry facilities, etc. but half the time the machines dont work, they removed the gym for more laundry machines to get more money, no more wifi you have to pay separately, and the pool wasnt open this past year due to maintenance issues. There is always trash in the hallways and outside. Many treat the complex like a college dorm or frat house and I had to have police come shut down many parties. I am moving out and I feel bad my roommate can’t.

Since I moved in years ago there have been a lot of negative changes with an increase to rent. They no longer provide wifi you have to set up your own, they got rid of the gym, the pool is always closed and under maintenance, the laundry facilities they have are more expensive than laundromats, and only fit half a load, and then dont dry your clothes all the way so you have to pay again. The dumpsters are always overflowing. Staff doesnt respond to emails. Theyre friendly enough in person. Parking is plentiful. Its close by to some good spots. I an paying 900 for a single bedroom with a microscopic kitchen and bathroom I can barely in. The amenities made this place worth it, its NOT worth it now. College kids having parties in their dorm and staff is unhelpful so just call the cops.
