Apartments are located just a couple minutes crom downtown and within 10-15 minutes of a lot pf food options. Also close to walmart and some other shopping centers

A friendly, peaceful and convenient place to call home

Love the area, the friendly and caring staff at the leasing office, as well as the maintanence who are always so helpful and kind. Everytime they come and fix something, and me being a single mom, if they happen to see that I need to take the trash down to the dumpsters or if I had some type of large furniture that needed moved or taken out, they would always offer to take it and put it in their truck for me and that really means a lot to me and goes along way for me also, it’s the little things that count. All in all It’s a very nice place to call home for me and my children. I would definitely recommend renting at Indian Valley to anyone who is Looking for a place to live, especially single Parents for the convenience of certain things that are a lot harder on us to do

Nice and quiet

I have lived here for a few years, its a bit old and outdated (early 2000s) but its still nice and quaint, never have an issue parking or with noise, maintenance comes if I need help, its a good value!
