I have been living at Indian Valley since 2018 and have no plans on moving either. The staff is amazing, Understanding and helpful every time a problem arises! Maintenance have also been so kind and efficient! They always go above and beyond what their job entails when I need them to fix something or if I have a issue in my apartment that I need repaired or replaced or whatever the case may be, they always come promptly and always so polite and respectful. All in all the location, the pricing, the respect we as tenants are to each other, and the staff etc, it is one of the best places I have lived. I would recommend this to anyone, whether they are single, married, with children, or college roomates looking for a new place it is a place fitting for anyone! Indian Valley is a 10 star for me! Thank you all for everything you do! It does not go unnoticed!

I've lived here over 26 yrs. Was not in my plans to be here as long as I have. The staff is one of the main reasons we have stayed this long. Apartments are well maintained throughout the year, outside and in. Quieter than you would expect for so many people living here. I have recommended them many times.

Apartments are located just a couple minutes crom downtown and within 10-15 minutes of a lot pf food options. Also close to walmart and some other shopping centers

Love the area, the friendly and caring staff at the leasing office, as well as the maintanence who are always so helpful and kind. Everytime they come and fix something, and me being a single mom, if they happen to see that I need to take the trash down to the dumpsters or if I had some type of large furniture that needed moved or taken out, they would always offer to take it and put it in their truck for me and that really means a lot to me and goes along way for me also, it’s the little things that count. All in all It’s a very nice place to call home for me and my children. I would definitely recommend renting at Indian Valley to anyone who is Looking for a place to live, especially single Parents for the convenience of certain things that are a lot harder on us to do
