I’ve been living here for a little over a year and love it here. The manager reaponds to my emails same day and answers all of my questions. Maintence has always responded to my emails next day and fixed any of my issues. I have never had any issues with other tentants.

I am 0k with it. Close to my work. Not happy about the gutter situation in the winter. Big icicles and it is slippery.
